Brianda Jaquez

LPCC, Founder, Therapist (she/her/ella)

Brianda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than seven years of experience supporting teens, adults, families, and couples on their journey toward healing and growth. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico.

Originally from Mexico, Brianda is a bilingual and bicultural clinician who is deeply passionate about serving marginalized communities, including BBIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. She believes meaningful healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood, and she is committed to providing care through a culturally humble, trauma-informed lens. Her work is guided by values-aligned, person-centered, and trauma-focused approaches that honor each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Brianda integrates experiential, strength-based, and cognitive interventions to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change. She especially enjoys working with teens, adults, families, and couples, helping them become the healthiest, most connected versions of themselves while creating meaningful and sustainable change.

Outside of the therapy room, Brianda enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring new places through travel.

Brianda es Consejera Clínica Profesional (LPCC) con más de siete años de experiencia brindando terapia a adolescentes, adultos, familias y parejas. Estudió la Licenciatura en Psicología y la Maestría en Consejería en la Universidad de Nuevo México.

Originaria de México, Brianda es una terapeuta bilingüe y bicultural apasionada por apoyar a personas y comunidades que han enfrentado barreras o situaciones de desigualdad, incluyendo a las comunidades BBIPOC y LGBTQ+. Cree que cada persona merece un espacio donde se sienta escuchada, respetada y comprendida. Por eso, trabaja desde una perspectiva culturalmente humilde e informada sobre el trauma, respetando la historia, los valores y las experiencias de cada persona.

Su enfoque terapéutico se centra en cada persona, reconociendo sus fortalezas y sus valores. También utiliza enfoques centrados en el tratamiento del trauma para ayudar a sus clientes a conocerse mejor, desarrollar herramientas para enfrentar los retos de la vida y construir relaciones más sanas.

A Brianda le gusta especialmente trabajar con adolescentes, familias y parejas, acompañándolos a fortalecer su bienestar emocional y a convertirse en la versión más saludable de sí mismos.

En su tiempo libre disfruta pasar tiempo con su familia, mantenerse activa y conocer nuevos lugares.

Arianda Saucedo

Arianda es una consejera de salud mental. Ofrece servicios en inglés y español y apoya a clientes que experimentan estrés cotidiano, transiciones vitales, depresión y trauma. A través de un enfoque colaborativo y de apoyo, busca encontrarse con cada persona donde está y acompañarla mientras explora sus experiencias a un ritmo cómodo.

Ella trabaja desde una perspectiva informada sobre el trauma, multicultural y centrada en la persona. Su enfoque clínico incluye apoyar a los clientes a comprenderse mejor, sanar heridas del niño/a interior y reconocer patrones generacionales que pueden estar influyendo en su vida actual. Integra intervenciones basadas en fortalezas y reflexión para apoyar el desarrollo de la autoconciencia, la regulación emocional y la creación de patrones más saludables en las relaciones y la vida diaria.

Ella se compromete a crear un espacio terapéutico donde los clientes se sientan comprendidos y apoyados mientras avanzan hacia cambios significativos. Le da la bienvenida a la posibilidad de conectar y explorar si trabajar juntos/as es una buena opción.

Arianda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who offers services in both English and Spanish and supports clients experiencing everyday stress, life transitions, depression, and trauma. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, she aims to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they explore their experiences at a comfortable pace.

She works from a trauma-informed, multicultural, and person-centered perspective. Her clinical focus includes helping clients better understand themselves, heal inner child wounds, and recognize generational patterns that may be impacting their present lives. She integrates strengths-based, reflective, and insight-oriented interventions to support clients in building self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthier patterns in relationships and daily life.

She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel grounded, understood, and supported as they move toward meaningful change. She welcomes the opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Astrid Escobar-Ibarra

LMHC, Therapist (she/her/ella)

Astrid is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She offers a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can develop coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful change.

As a first-generation Mexican American and Spanish-speaking therapist, she brings both lived experience and clinical training to her work with immigrant and Hispanic/Latino communities. She focuses on supporting clients through acculturation stress, intergenerational patterns, and identity development, with a commitment to culturally attuned care.

She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and family systems perspectives.

She is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) with experience in crisis assessment, suicide risk evaluation, and safety planning. Her goal is to provide supportive, practical, and culturally grounded therapy that helps clients build resilience, confidence, and overall well-being.

Astrid es una consejera de salud mental que brinda terapia para niños/as, adolescentes, adultos y familias que enfrentan ansiedad, depresión, trauma, problemas de conducta y transiciones de la vida. Ofrece un espacio cálido, colaborativo y culturalmente sensible donde los clientes pueden desarrollar habilidades de afrontamiento, fortalecer la regulación emocional y trabajar hacia un cambio significativo.

Como terapeuta Mexicana-Americana de primera generación y hablante de español, ella aporta tanto experiencia vivida como formación clínica en su trabajo con comunidades inmigrantes e hispano/latinas. Se enfoca en apoyar a los clientes en el manejo del estrés de aculturación, los patrones intergeneracionales y el desarrollo de la identidad, con un compromiso hacia una atención culturalmente sensible.

Ella integra Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC), terapia centrada en la persona, enfoques informados en trauma y perspectivas de sistemas familiares en su práctica. Es consejera certificada por la junta nacional (NBCC) con experiencia en evaluación de crisis, riesgo de suicidio y planificación de seguridad.

Su objetivo es ofrecer una terapia práctica, solidaria y culturalmente centrada que ayude a los clientes a desarrollar resiliencia, confianza y bienestar general.

Sonia Ramirez

LCSW, Therapist (she/her/ella)

Sonia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Mexico and a native Spanish speaker. Her family immigrated from Mexico to Albuquerque in 2002, and she has since developed a strong connection to New Mexican culture while working with diverse families, including immigrant families navigating the complex dynamics that can accompany migration. She is passionate about using play therapy concepts to help children express, process, and make sense of their experiences.

With extensive experience working with children, Sonia supports concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, suicidal ideation, and adjustment challenges, as well as complex family dynamics. She works collaboratively with both caregivers and children to build understanding of presenting concerns and develop supportive, proactive strategies that address underlying needs.

She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children and caregivers can learn, grow, and strengthen their relationships. At this time, she has a waitlist for new clients.

Sonia es una trabajadora social clínica con licencia en el estado de Nuevo México y hablante nativa de español. Su familia emigró de México a Albuquerque en 2002, y desde entonces ha desarrollado una fuerte conexión con la cultura de Nuevo México, trabajando con familias diversas, incluyendo familias inmigrantes que enfrentan dinámicas complejas asociadas al proceso migratorio. Le apasiona el uso de conceptos de terapia de juego para ayudar a los niños/as a expresar, procesar y comprender sus experiencias.

Con amplia experiencia trabajando con niños/as, ella apoya preocupaciones como la ansiedad, el trauma, la depresión, el duelo, la ideación suicida y las dificultades de adaptación, así como dinámicas familiares complejas. Trabaja de manera colaborativa con padres/cuidadores y niños/as para comprender mejor las dificultades presentadas y desarrollar estrategias de apoyo proactivas que atiendan las necesidades subyacentes.

Ella está comprometida con crear un entorno seguro y de apoyo donde los niños/as y cuidadores puedan aprender, crecer y fortalecer sus relaciones. En este momento, cuenta con lista de espera para nuevos clientes.
